Spacious suites, but need TLC

Spacious three-bedroom suites provided ample room for our family to enjoy each other's company and unwind comfortably.

Unfortunately, the kitchen was lacking basic utensils, made meal prep a challenge. Some appliances were quite outdated, and the cleanliness in common areas could definitely improve.

Location close to the pub in club upstairs, and center Lapu lapu town.

The location of Crown Regency Suites in Mactan makes it easy to visit nearby malls and airports. Spacious three-bedroom suite offered enough room for our family, a huge plus. The kitchen lacked basic utensils, though was great. Breakfast options were limited, and we often found that items listed on the menu were unavailable. On one occasion, the pool service was lacking. We had to ask multiple times for towels but did not receive them. The cleanliness of the common areas, like the breakfast buffet, needs attention. The suite itself felt outdated, with some appliances not functioning properly. There's great potential with some improvements needed in dining variety and facility upkeep.

I loved the reasonably priced and pretty standard hotel.

The rooms were high standard in general, with great high comfortable beds.

The restaurant was good for food at the restaurant, we ordered delicious dishes. The bathroom was reasonably spacious, and the bed was very comfy. Its EASY, central location was a plus. Ate at Japengo, its around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

Ordered breakfast, it was cold, it should be much better, really.

The atmosphere was relaxing, and I loved using the clean pool daily, though the gym could use more cooling. The couch was uncomfortable, but the bed was cozy, making it easy to overlook.

Hawkers on boracic beach needs to be toned down - but not fault of the hotel, which was excellent environs

The location of crown regency suites mactan is convenient for visiting local malls and airports. The spacious three-bedroom suite was nice for our group, and the doorman was really helpful .

Rooms very clean. All staff very courteous, always smile and helpful. Air cons work well, hot water shower with a deep tub to relax in is very nice. Close to nearby shopping, just a bit of a ride to the airport, but not bad. All in all, I recommend this hotel to couples I cannot comment on the pool, I haven't used it because I was elsewhere for water sports and pool use. In the city so expect usual traffic noise.

Not much to say I didn't like, I enjoy a swimming pool, the pool isn't at ground level so I didn't use the pool here. Hotel in the city, so you have the usual traffic noise.

The location is close to the airport, and they have free shuttle bus service go to the airport which is convenient.

The kitchen in the room is not very clean, cockroaches showed which is a big no no!

The three-bedroom suite was spacious enough for our big family, and we appreciated the helpful doormen and restaurant staff. The hotel's close proximity to malls and the city center.

In my wife's opinion, the room's cleanliness could use improvement.

It's easy to get a cab from the spot, and stores are just right below the hotel where you can buy some good cebuano food.

1. The facilities are old, extremely old. 2. Upon entering, No airconditioning in the lobby. 3. We later found out the the concierge has been charging us more than what was offered outside, specifically an island hopping tour that he said costs 3,300 PER PERSON was in reality 2,500 PER GROUP OF THREE. 4. Staff didn't know schedules on their sports convention center. My father and I were denied to play badminton as the front desk officer said that there will be a debut and they are prepping for it. We went there just to see the amenities, and saw that there are people playing badminton. We insisted on playing, it took them half an hour to rent us a racket and a shuttle cock, they said they had been waiting for the 'in-charge' person. 5. We took a two-bedroom suite, with one bathroom outside and one in the masters bedroom. Exhaust fan not working on the bathroom outside. Cigarette smoke probably from other suites enter our room when we come back from outside.
